Santa Clara Family Health Plan 25th Anniversary Health Career Scholarship Program

The scholarship program provides financial support to empower the next generation of health care professionals in Santa Clara County, who reflect the diversity of Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) members and community. Through this scholarship program, SCFHP seeks to reduce the barriers to higher education for its members by covering the tuition and/or non-tuition expenses associated with completing a degree or certificate program in health care. SCFHP understands that many of these non-tuition expenses, such as cost of living, childcare, and transportation, can present significant barriers for prospective students – especially for students from lower-income communities. This scholarship hopes to help alleviate those challenges. This scholarship is for students who are pursing any health care related fields.

Please note if you are enrolled in less than full time the award will be prorated based on enrollment.
