The IAHF Launches 2023 Academic and Need-Based Scholarships

The IAHF announces the launch of its scholarships for 2023. Applicants must be of Italian descent or be an IAHF member, or the child or grandchild of a current IAHF member.

Applicants must be:

· graduating from a Santa Clara County high school (or IAHF family member), or

· a Santa Clara County Community College student (or IAHF family member), or

· an undergraduate, or graduate-level student from an accredited institution in the Bay Area pursuing Italian studies.

IAHF scholarships are open to students in all disciplines and majors and are focused on helping Italian Americans with their educational goals and emphasizing the importance of preserving Italian history, culture, and language. Students of Italian descent will play an important role in shaping the world’s future. These scholarships will encourage students to reflect on issues they face, and continue to engage in activities that help to encourage others. Scholarship awards are expected to range from $500 to $2,500.

Applications are due Friday, March 31, 2023. Awardees will be announced around mid-April.
